Servo High-Precision Helical Planetary Gear Reducer
The VRB series precision planetary reducer employs a high-precision planetary transmission structure, featuring high torque density and low backlash characteristics. The housing adopts a circular integrated structure design, enhancing overall rigidity and concentricity stability. The helical gear transmission design provides higher contact ratio, resulting in smoother operation, lower noise, and stronger load-bearing capacity. Precision ground gears combined with a preload mechanism effectively control backlash within ≤3 arcmin, improving positioning accuracy and dynamic response performance.
